Complaints
We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. If at any time the service you receive from us falls below your expectations, please talk in the first instance to the pharmacist on duty. If this does not resolve your problem ask to speak to Emily Howlett (Superintendent Pharmacist); alternatively, you can write to us at Wansford Pharmacy, Old Hill Farm, Yarwell Road, Wansford, Peterborough, PE8 6PL. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as we can.
You may also seek advice from the local Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS are not part of the complaint’s procedure itself, but they might be able to resolve your concerns informally or they can tell you more about the complaint’s procedure and independent complaints advocacy services.

Delivery Terms
Free Delivery on NHS Prescription Orders
NHS prescription orders are delivered FREE of charge to housebound and vulnerable patients within the local areas. We aim to dispatch Prescription orders within 48 hours of receipt of your physical prescription. Delivery is made using a signed for service with our own delivery vehicle.
